4. Event Listings

QROWD curates and lists music events for discovery purposes. Please note:

• We do not sell tickets or organize events
• Event information is provided by third parties and may be subject to change
• We are not responsible for event cancellations, changes, or ticket issues
• Always verify event details with the official venue or promoter

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on QROWD (profiles, posts, messages). However, by posting content, you grant QROWD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of QROWD
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the service
• Scrape or collect user data without permission
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QROWD (excluding user-generated content) are owned by QROWD Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

QROWD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater
